THE FINAL SECRET TO STOP SMOKING FOR GOOD!

Now before moving on to how all the secrets work, I will say this.

Some of you may completely stop smoking within a day or two of doing what is to follow. Some of you it may take a week or two. And some of you it may take a month or more. In any case... you WILL STOP if you do what is stated. The speed of the process varies for each individual.

It is said that it takes 21 days to form a habit. Most people I have helped have managed to 100% stop, with zero or close to zero cravings, within 2-3 weeks.

Everyone is different though, so don't get down if you haven't. It really doesn't matter if it is 1 day or 3 weeks or even 6 weeks... because YOU WILL STOP SMOKING, and that is all that matters!

I honestly feel that the speed of the process is up to you. If you really want to stop... really soon... you will!

One last thing you need to know before moving on...

I have found this very interesting...  and it is that... the way each person ends up quitting, varies incredibly.

Some of you will continue to smoke the same amount as you are now. Then one day, you will actually just wake up and will say... "WOW! I DON'T SMOKE!!!"  And you ARE free.

For others, the process may be that you gradually slow down on the amount of cigarettes you smoke per day. Then one day you will say: "WOW! I DON'T SMOKE!!!" And you ARE free.

And for some of you it will be up and down. One day you will smoke as much as usual... the next you will smoke way less than normal... Then the next you will smoke way more than usual... and one day you will just say: "WOW! I DON'T SMOKE!!!" And you ARE free.

And also for some of you you may find... that as you follow this method you will smoke way more from day one... than you had before using this method.... Then one day YOU WILL JUST KNOW THAT YOU ARE NO LONGER A SMOKER. And you will say: "WOW! I DON'T SMOKE!!!" And you ARE free.

Whatever way ends up working for you, is ok. What happens is irrelevant. It is all part of the process. You simply cannot do this wrong. Just follow the instructions and you will wake up one day very soon and KNOW that you are no longer a smoker! And you will say those magic words...

WOW!!!!! I DON'T SMOKE!!!!! And NOW you ARE free.

I am not kidding! And if you don't believe me just try it! You will be pleasantly surprised!

Why and how does it all work???

The easiest way to explain the reason that this works is because your brain is like a program. 

Your brain is currently programmed as a smoker and will soon be re-programmed... EASILY.

The re-programming has already begun.... through the reading of these pages!!!

And through the processes outlined in the following steps you will completely reprogram your brain to be programmed as a non smoker.

It will happen easily and completely naturally because this is a completely natural process.

The same way you programmed your brain to believe you are a smoker... is the same way we are going to reprogram it to be a non smoker.

And if you are thinking that this is all bull crap... I challenge you, to challenge your belief. The worst thing that will happen is that you will actually do what you came here to do... and that is to stop smoking.

And you WILL... if you just follow these steps:

WARNING: This may seem like a lot to take into your memory all at once. There will be a summary at the end for you to refer to.


Step 1:

Step one is simple.

DO NOT WORRY ABOUT QUITTING SMOKING EVER AGAIN.

The stopping part is going to take care of itself. Don't beat yourself up or anything. Do not provide resistance.

The beauty of this secret is that you are going to stop naturally. You will actually wake up one day and you will be a non smoker. It's that simple. You will suddenly just say "Wow... I have no desire to ever smoke again... AND YOU WON'T!

There is no right or wrong way of how your stopping comes about... it will just happen.

Some of you may have already stopped through reading this.


Step 2:

Now we get into using the secrets you have learned.

First you need to take your little list of "I am so happy I don't smoke because..." and you are going to carry it with you every where you go. Just put it in your pocket every morning. If you don't have pockets, then better yet... put the list in your cigarette pack. That way you will always have it until the day you have no need for either one!

Also, you need to read it over every morning and every night as a bare minimum. If you can look at it more times through the day... do so. Just read it: "I am so happy I don't smoke because...". 

And in order for this to work at 100% effectiveness you must really put yourself in the feeling of the statements. Make them feel as true as you can. Say them with confidence!

Imagine you are a non smoker as you read them. Read them aloud and with as much definiteness as possible. Just be in the moment and say them with as much power as you can muster up!!!

It may seem difficult for some at first and that is ok. Even if you don't think it is working it is! Doubting is all part of the process so just have fun with it!

The more familiar the feeling becomes the easier it is to reproduce. It may even feel like you don't believe your statements at all at first, but don't worry IT IS WORKING. This is the process!

YOU ARE ALWAYS DOING THIS RIGHT... NO MATTER WHAT!


Step 3:

Step 3 is really fun because you get to day dream.

There is one key element to this that you must use to really make it work 100 times faster than usual.

As you day dream you must touch your thumb and first finger together for both hands the entire time. Observe the picture for reference.

What this does is creates something called an anchor in your brain so that every time you connect your thumb and finger you will trigger the feeling that you are feeling while day dreaming. This anchor will get stronger every time you do this exercise.

You can actually do anything for an anchor. This is just the easiest way I have ever known because it can be reproduced easily without the whole world noticing that you are doing it!

As for the day dream. All you have to do is use secret #1. Find a memory or create a memory or create a scene in which you are a 100% non smoker. A memory or scene that you feel really good when thinking about it.

Feel the relaxation, peace,  joy and power because YOU ARE FREE in this moment.

Make this feeling as strong as possible. Love it and enjoy it! The stronger this feeling the stronger the anchor will become.

AND remember to keep your first finger and thumb on both hands together like an O to create the anchor!!!

 

Do this exercise for about 5 minutes every morning and night, before or after reading your list of statements. Just daydream. Have fun in your dream. Do whatever you want. Just relax and have fun.

JUST LETTTTT GOOOOOO!

Have some fun for 5 minutes! Dream away and soon you will have the power to conquer anything!

Once you are finished simply continue on with your day or go to sleep.

What to do when you crave a cigarette...

Now every time you want a cigarette... just put those fingers together and put yourself back into that feeling the best you can. Put yourself back into your day dream for as long as you can.

Don't worry if you think it is working or not. IT IS! That is the beauty of it all. It works whether you think it does or not!

Do not try to resist your craving. Simply place your attention elsewhere (your day dream that feels good) for as long as you can.

If you surpass the craving to smoke, that's great... if you end up having a cigarette that is fine as well. Most people do not learn to ride a bike on their first try so don't be hard on yourself at all. You are doing it right... I promise!

You will soon see that it really is not that hard to forget about the cravings. It usually takes 3 minutes for a craving to go away. For me they left within about 30 seconds to 1 minute. So that varies for everyone as well.

NOTE: Make sure that anytime you have a cigarette you release your fingers and thumbs. You don't want to give the brain mixed signals!

NOTE: It is also a great idea to hold your fingers in this position while reading your statements from secret #2 as well.


Step 4:

This is the final and easiest step

All you need to do is take your one statement from secret #3. The "I DON'T SMOKE" or whatever you chose.

Now take the statement and put it somewhere you will look often. For some of you, it may be on the ceiling... so it is the first thing you see every morning and the last thing you see every night.

Or you may want to put it on your bathroom mirror, steering wheel or fridge. Just some where that you will see it a lot.

Also an essential key is that you make it really appealing. Make it look and feel happy because that is how you want to feel every time you see it.


All you have to do is continue on with this routine and I 100% GUARANTEE that one day very very soon, you will say "WOW!!! I DON'T SMOKE!!!

And you ARE free.

Do not worry about quitting ever again! Just use the secrets and that will take care of itself! You are great and this will work, GUARANTEED!

Take your "I am so happy I don't smoke because..." list with you everywhere you go, every day.

Day dream for as long as is comfortable when you crave a cigarette.

Be sure to connect your thumb and first finger each time you do this.

Step 4

Place your (BIG AND BOLD) "I DON'T SMOKE" statement somewhere that you will see it every day several times. Good places are your bathroom mirror, ceiling, fridge, office, steering wheel or a wall beside your bed.

FINAL STEP

The final step is to just have fun! This will work. You are doing it right. You cannot and will not fail at this!


And as you probably have figured out... this method is amazing!!! It will work for anything!

Once you have finished with the whole smoking thing you can move on to what ever else you want.
