HOW I QUIT SMOKING -  SECRET #1

The first secret is to begin thinking like you did when you did not smoke. I know it sounds crazy, but it will all make a lot of sense on the next page when it is all explained.

Can you remember a time when you had never even thought of considering smoking? For some of you this may be a fairly recent memory and for others a very distant one. Ether way it is ok.

If this is to difficult then simply create a memory or a scene that you feel like a non smoker in. It may seem hard to rap your brain around, but you can do it.

If it is to difficult to feel like a non smoker, then simply think of something that makes you feel great! Like your favorite pet, your baby, your favorite childhood memory. Anything that makes you feel extremely good.

A thought that causes joy and the feeling of being a non smoker if possible. A thought in which smoking is the last thing you would ever want to do.

I liked to imagine being in an absolute paradise. Sitting in front of a beautiful pond. Another one I really like is to imagine being on top of a very high mountain. So high up that I am above the clouds. The air is fresh and all I can see is clouds and tips of other mountains. Ahhhhh I feel great already!!!

This scene will be different for everyone. When you put yourself in this place you want to feel  peace, relief and bliss. Nothing matters in this place. It is like an escape from reality.

For now, just do that. Find a feeling and hold it for a moment. Once you have done this move on to the next secrets.

Soon you will see why this is so important and how this amazing secret will cause you to stop smoking EASILY and NATURALLY!

HOW I QUIT SMOKING -  SECRET #2

This second secret, you may already have done before. It is quite simple.

All you do, is make a list, of all the reasons why it is so great to be a non smoker. Even though it has not occurred yet you need to write these down as if it has actually happened.

For example:

On a piece of paper write:

I am so happy I don't smoke because...

My mouth tastes wonderful!

My clothes smell great!

My mind is strong enough to do anything... now that I have stopped smoking!

Just write down as many of these reasons as you can think of.

NOTE: If you want to substitute the word happy with grateful, excited or another good feeling word, that is fine.

As long as you feel good when you say it, it will work.

I think you get the idea. Notice how everything is written in the present tense... as if what you desire has already happened. This is one of the biggest keys to quit smoking. And you will find out why after reading all the exercises.

Now... Before moving on to secret #2 I need everyone that just read through this secret instead of actually doing it... to actually do it RIGHT NOW!!!

Find a pen and something to write on and just write it out. This way you will be ready to start the simple and fun process of "How to quit smoking" as soon as you hit the next page.

And don't worry you can go have a smoke once your done reading!!!

HOW I QUIT SMOKING SECRET #3

Before moving on to secret #3 I need to inform you... that even if you think you know how all of these exercises are going to tie together... TRUST ME... you don't.

Just do what they say and YOU WILL STOP SMOKING QUICKLY AND NATURALLY.

To GUARANTEE 100% that you quit smoking you need to create a statement opposite of the fact that you once were a smoker.

For most people I know, they like to use the statement "I DON'T SMOKE". If that doesn't resonate with you well, then choose a word that best describes to you, what it is like, to not smoke.

For example: "I am so happy now that I am pure/clean/healthy (Use only one word)"...

I do however advise against anything that has the words "Non smoker" or "smoking" in it. This keeps your focus on the very thing you are eliminating and we don't want to do that!

Once you have picked your statement you need to write it down on a separate piece of paper in nice BIG and BOLD letters. The bigger and stronger the better.

It is also essential that when you write this down you put yourself in a state of mind of joy. Be happy as you write this! Get used to the feeling of knowing that very soon you will never have the urge to smoke again!

This way every time you look at this piece of paper you will be brought to the moment in time when you wrote it. A feeling of joy, peace and POWER!

TRUST ME ON THIS. IT WILL WORK!

Just keep reading!
